What a wonderful day at @oregonmetro Oxbow Regional Park for last Sunday’s Oxbow Trail Runs 5k, 10k, and Half Marathon. We had runners age 7 to 78 participate on the trails by the Sandy River and through the Ancient Forest. Thanks to our sponsors for providing raffle prizes, @bankshighschol students for the awards, and @eta_catering_ for excellent food. See you all next year!

Chehalem Ridge Nature Park

This year’s Wine Country Trail Runs included a couple of new additions, an adaptive race and wine from @ardiriwinery to pair with fantastic finish line food from @eta_catering_ and beautiful trails of @oregonmetro #chehalemridgenaturepark This year’s awards were made by students from @bankshighschool Thank you to the sponsors and volunteers that make this special event happen!

Howard Buford County Park

The photos of the Emerald City Trail Series race #1 from @nickdnewbold are now available. You can still join us for a race of 3-8 miles happening every Thursday evening in June. This week’s run is a 3.75 mile route in the North Bottomlands and Trail #5 along the middle fork of the Willamette River. Thank you to all the volunteers and sponsors that help make this happen!

Chehalem Ridge Nature Park

Inspired by @ultimatedirectionusa sponsored runner @ncrunnerjacky, we added 5k and 10k races for all adaptive athletes to compete in the Wine Country Trail Runs. Thank you to @maxinpdx & @will.version.two of @oregonmetro and Matt Howard for helping this event happen. Tillamook State Forest

Another fun weekend with @daybreakracing #tillamookburn 50 mile (Idiot Creek) and 50k (University Falls) aid stations. The latter was with coaches and students from @tillamookhigh It’s fantastic to see kids get out on the trails and volunteer! Great job to all the 20 mile, 50 mile, and 50k runners, plus the competitors who did all three. 😮
