There is no trail route that circumnavigates Mt. Baker.  According to Jeff List on Fastest Known Time, the route is approximately 71.6 miles with 22,753 elevation gain.  The route is 41% trail, 31% road (3.7 miles paved), and 28% off-trail.  This route is extremely difficult, requires expert navigation skills, and an enormous amount of planning.  Jeff started at Ridley Creek Trailhead and went clockwise.
