Registration opens today for the Mother's Day RBG Run at Mt. Tabor Park. We'll have a women's only 5k run/hike and a 10k open to everyone. This is a benefit for the Malala Fund, one of Ruth Bader Ginsberg's favorite charities. https://t.co/fFErjjkSjg https://t.co/sb0h5kVbzO

Looking for options on trail races for 2023? Consider a timed event. Timed trail races are great for those concerned about making cutoffs, interested in pushing yourself to new limits, testing night running, and getting support from other participants and volunteers. For more inspiration, read Time to Run a Timed Race now up on the website. @walla.trails @gobeyondracing and @charley_runs_around contributed with reasons on why to run a 6 hour to 48 hour race, training methods, and race day strategies. #trailrunning

Cape Mountain
Last Saturday, we had the privilege of working the Dry Lake aid station for @daybreakracing #capemountain50k with Jim Archer. Jim was the original director of the Cape Mountain Trail Race when it was a 10 miler on the beautiful trails just up the coast from Florence back in 2003. At 77, Jim still runs trail races all over the PNW and remains a pillar in the trail running community. He’s also a big help to our Oxbow Trail Runs. Thanks, Jim, for all you do! 📸 @jamesholk

Miles of smiles on the trails at @oregonmetro Oxbow Regional Park. Participants were treated to root beer floats and epic eats from @eta_catering_ after running 5k, 10k, and half marathon distances among the Sandy River and through the Ancient Forest. Can’t wait to do it again next year! 📸 @fedchak #nwdirtchurners #oregontrailrunning
